Weird question...is it bad if a girl has arm hair?

Is it gross? I have arm hair (Black) but it doesnt bother me but I would really like to know what you think?

(Im just worried about high school, would people care?)

if you feel self conscious about it, you could always bleach it (I suggest not shaving it, since well... it's weird to shave your arms and have thick bristley things grow back), wax it, or get an epilator which is a gadget that does the same thing as waxing only in a less painful way by spinning around and grasping your hairs and pulling them out

I am so hairy...but it's blonde. My ex-boyfriend is Colombian and his sister was hairy....and it's black. I NEVER noticed it, but she was always worried. She found a hair dye for arms in the grocery store....so she always lightened it so you couldn't see it. There are so many different ethnicities in the US (thankfully) that I HIGHLY doubt you will be singled out over black arm hair. GOOD LUCK in HS. Be yourself and I'm sure ppl will love you no matter what!

honestly everyone has it, but it's more of how you personally feel about it. for me, i'm a blonde but have darker arm/leg hair and it always made me uncomfortable to have more hair on my arms then some guys. if it makes you uncomfortable get a bikini hair trimmer and just trim some of it off, don't wax or shave it will grow back better this way.

as long as the rets of you is pretty, I don't think anyone will care, my friends mum has black hair cos she sbaved them when she was younger, but she's beautiful and nearly nobody notices, my sister asked her when she ws younger (so rude) but she didn't seem to care and said it's cos she shaved her arms when she was younger and told us not to.

no, it's not that big of a deal. no one will notice unless it is like a head of hair, which i doubt. worst comes to worst get laser, wax or use electrolosis, but i doubt it will be that big of a prob.

everyone has arm hair, some lighter than others but its there. Its fine if it doesnt bother you but if it ever does NEVER shave it bc i know so many girls that do that and it just looks terrible and it grows back thicker
