Black hair care...?

On relaxed hair what's better to use: a flat iron or a pressing comb? I thought you werent supposed to use either, but my hair dresser uses a flat comb after relaxing because my hair is still not straight. I also have very thick hair. I have to do my hair at home now for a while, and I wanted to know the best way to keep it nice and healthy between relaxers. Thanks in advance.

Use a ceramic flat iron, it is better for the hair. Don't use a pressing comb. That is designed for natural hair. Try wrapping your hair or rolling it at night.

try to use serum. most of them come in small bottle that can fit ur handbag. so u can always bring them everywhere for a quick fix

IT IS BEST TO USE FLAT IRON, AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU WRAP YOUR HAIR OVERNIGHT AND TIE IT UP. AND YOU CAN JUST BRUSH IT DOWN IN THE MORNING, THE BEST PRODUCTS TO MAKE YOUR HAIR HEALTHLY ARE KERA CARE AND DR. MIRACLES.

Flat Iron is your best bet..It's better for your hair..You will also have better results using the flat iron..DO you remember from childhood the burning of the edges, the ear and the nape of the neck??!! now as an adult you don't have to put yourself through it!!

I had this exact same problem last year. A flat iron would be your best bet, especially if you're doing it yourself because its a less chance of you burning yourself. Its even better if u wrap it RIGHT after you're down so it will stay tight!!!
