my hair stops where my shoulder start and is layered it seems like my hair wont go past a certain length wich is an inch or 2 past my shoulder.I am multi race am mostly noticed as black my hair is textured differently from black people but not like white people either and its not like mixed peoples hair it looks like black hair but is soft like white hair.What can i do to make it grow?Also im 13 and dont want a lot of chemicals or anything harsh in my hair.

Prenatal vitamins or vitamins for hair and nail growth. Be sure to you have a good diet too. Also get your dead ends trimed up that can also prevent growth as well.

Hair has a certain life to it, then naturally sheds by itself. Your hair may never get as long as you would like.

First off, ALL the hair on your head is dead hair-no such thing as dead ends. Second, trimming split ends , that has nothing to do with hair growth. Hair grows out from the scalp, whatever is on the ends does not effect growth. It sounds like you have very nice hair. Just because it won't grow as long as you would like does not mean it can't be pretty.
