I take my hair down from micros and it feels so soft and full, and as soon a couple of days goes by, my picked fro shrinks and looks so dull and is very brittle. I'm using some Yes to Carrots product from my job and it does okay. I also use hot oil moisturizers, but nothing seems to work! Can anyone help me? I heard Redken was good. Any natural products like Organix shamp/cond?

Try Aveda's Damage Remedy line. It makes my hair so soft and it's really moisturizing. A little expensive, but worth it, imo.
