I've lived here for 11 years now and I still can't find a good salon. The only place I went to was JC Penney and they were marvelous, but I don't wanna spend 80 bucks on a perm, wrap and trim. I need a good black hair care stylist that is inexpensive and has a good reputation.
Where in fort lauderdale, fl is there a GOOD place to get my hair done?
that's really cheap for a perm, let alone a wrap and a trim too. remember, you get what you pay for.
