Ok, my hair's been dyed many times, but i take good care of it and wait at least 3 months inbetween dying, the problem is tha tmost hair dye doesnt stick. Last time i dyed half my hair black and half purple but the purple washed out and now is kinda brown and some of the bleach from before is showing through. the black though stayed in and i suspect that its because it was dyed over some washing out black that i had before. Anyways, i want to colour all of my hair black blue now and im pretty sure i need a filler to make it stick, so what im wondering is what should i use for a filler? Semi-permanent? Demi? or permanent? and what colour? Thanks!

Try Garnier %100 Color. Blue- Black... thats the one I use. I love that color.
