How can I change how i look?

I want to change my appearance. I want to look cooler. I've

got cool clothes, great make-up, but the problem is that I

don't have, "the look" . What types of hairstyles can i do?

I'm tan(very dark 4 a tan, but im not an african) black hair, brown eyes. Give me places to get make-up, clothes, hair care products,etc.etc. please. Thanks if you answer this.

get a new hair do... cut it short... get some cool bangs to the side.. that always changes the appearance.. go to MACYS MAC store and get them to do ur make up... they do awesome jobs... good luck

you could straighten your hair get some cool bangs cut it short, and flip it or put some blonde highlightsand the hair product you could use is SAMY it is in a pink bottle and it will say prevent splitends
