i just moved to the area and I need a beautician badly who can do my hair and keep it healthy and beautiful. I am not looking for someone who will spray it to death or use too much heat ect. please let me know I need to line someone up immediately

I would suggest asking people in the city what they think, like in person. Especially if you see someone with hair you like.
