Hair straightening?

My hair is thick and very curly. I straighten it with a flat iron, but it takes forever to straighten, and if I do it in the morning, but afternoon it has become wavy(on a sunny day!)

So I want to straighten it. Thing is though, I dyed my hair jet black July 20th. I don't care if I lose the color, it wouldn't be noticeable anyways, becaue my natural hair is a really dark brown.

Is it possible to get it done at a salon? Thanks!

Hair straightening?

most salons don't have permenant hair straightening, but ask them if they have any suggestions for hair straigtening serums and creams, i have a wet to dry straighener, but i straighten my hair when its dry already so its almost twice as power ful, ($40) my friend has a bed head straigtening creme ($12) that you put in before you straighten it, she has a Chi straightener.. it costs about $100, but it straightens her extreamly fizzy and curly hair in less then 6 min and stays in for 2 days... I hope that helps!!! Good Luck!

Hair straightening?

Yes, you can get chemical straightening done at a salon. From http://hcr.in/straighten.html

Hair straightening?

Yes! :) I got my hair permanently straightened. It is called rebonding, I think? Ask your salon people about it. The cost may be quite high but its worth it. :)
