Aveda black malva or clove hair care?

I want to keep my hair dark while still well-conditioning my somewhat dry, frizzy hair. Has anybody tried these? Which of these hair care sets (shampoo and conditioner) would be better for me? Thanks.

Aveda black malva or clove hair care?

I have and I actually found something that works relativly well for me. You see I have the same problem so what I do is I use both my shampoo and conditioner TWICE!! This is the first thing I do when I shower, for the shampoo, the first time I use it, I make sure to get a really good lather and then leave it in for about a minute and wash it out. Then I, again, get it into a really good lather, and then wash it out right away. Then I put my conditioner in right away, and I leave it in until I'm almost done then I wash it out and put it in a second time so that it could be in there for at least 2 minutes. but the second time I put in my conditioner I don't leave on for very long... I put it in when I'm almost done with my shower.

Now that was just the beginning of my daily hair care regement.

After this I put in 3 more things.. the order is up to you... this is just the way I do it and it works for me...

1) I put in Garnier Fructis Leave-In Weightless Anti-Split Ends Treatment Length %26amp; Strength: because in addition to dry damaged hair, I also have really thin and really delicate hair... $5.99

2) Next goes the Garnier Fructis Leave-In Conditioning Cream for Color-Treated or Permed Hair: like I said... mine's REALLY damaged... but I've also used the sleek and shine version of this and they both do a really good job... just depends what you want it to do... $3.99

3) And lastly I use Citre Shine Shine Miracle Anti-Frizz Serum: I think the name explains for itself just why I use it... $7.99

Now the only thing is on all these products... there's some variety from the same manufacturer (whether it be Garnier or Citris Shine) of the same product so what you have to do is pay REEEAALY close attention to the bottles and what they say they do.. .especially the Citris Shine as they've just changed how their product looks and no longer has it clearly marked on the front for which type of hair you use which bottle... so you're going to have to look at the back.. Now I know they seem a bit pricey if you're low on cash a lot of the time like I am but trust me.. this is as cheap as they come for such excellent results...

For the shampoo and conditioner.. I recommend using the Garnier brand for both.. they work excellently when put together... depending on how bad ur hair damage is you might be able to skip step two of my list of AFTER shower products... But if you already have a special brand you like then go ahead... this is just what works for me... These brands (especially the Garnier, I'm in love with all their products.. including the hair colors) and I wouldn't use anything else unless absolutly forced to... I hope this helps you.. my hair's actually gotten a lot stronger and less frizzy since I've been using my little method... good luck!! let me know if it works for you too!!
