Body-Enhancing Hair Care Products?

I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a few hair care products that 1) works well with black ("African American") hair, and 2) will add extra body and shine. I am also wondering if any of you could share your night/day time hair care regimen with me.

I don't have that hair anymore. I cut it all off and now have normal asian hair. I really like doing random crap with my hair and a razor blade though. And dye is always fun.

oh go to a good hair supplyer,

like price attact, price line ect.

anything that sels bleach, poroxide.

and buy a tinting cap about $10 aus

buy some poroxide (10 voloume) $8 aus

blue bleach $3-4 aus

then go to a cheap hair salon and get a style from an aprentice ( they are like 40% cheaper than a normal hair dresser)

ok my mom always rinsed my hair in apple cider vinegar once a month, it strips the hair of all the buildup hair gets and makes it shine. (it is not as bad as it sounds)

Mayonnaise will condition it, but be carefull, if your hair is fine it might make it greasy looking.

Shampoos are cleaners so it can only dry out your hair. You need to bathe your hair in oils, oil treatments, and hair gel. Always use hair conditioner after a shampoo. If you smoke, then stopping will help improve your hair tremendously. If you have really long hair, then it is a good idea to trim it shorter. Short hairstyle with gel will quickly ease the frizz. Check your shower for hard water. If it is hard, then you can buy a filter to make it softer. Don't shower with really hot water. Don't overdye your hair all the time. A little bit of highlighting can help. Blow dry your hair after you shower. Don't keep the blower too close to your hair and use low heat. Good luck.

Personally, I like herbal essences anti frizz spray gell. It holds my waves and helps them stay calm. I used to try and use frizzease, but it wouldn't work since my hair is hard to tame. Oh but and the herbal essences none of your frizzness shampoo isn't all that great though.

well there are creams you can buy to apply in your hair while its wet. it calms down the frizz. just dry it and spray it with some shine spray and it should help. also getting a really good hair cut thats simple to maintain and looks really good will help!
